The Baldwin Area Arts and Action Council is a nonprofit organization of friends seeking to invite visitors to downtown Baldwin and to experience the natural beauty, great shopping, attractions and events the area has to offer. At Christmas time, the council sponsors a community parade, Christmas tree decorating contest and photos with Santa.
